Hard Bar have been around for a couple of years now and their founder Mark is a truly lovely person trying to make a difference with his 1 Bar to 1 tree planted. They try to ensure that every step has minimal impact; using organic ingredients, paper based packaging, biodegradable adhesives etc. I am lucky enough to get some of these tasty bars for the last year or so. My particular favourite is the Orange and Cocoa, go and check these guys out if you haven’t already!
